Markosol Technologies is hiring a skilled Upwork Bidder / BD Executive to help us win web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content-related projects.
You will be responsible for daily bidding, writing strong proposals, handling client communication, and helping us grow our agency.

- Bid on relevant web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content projects.
- Write personalized and professional proposals.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team for pricing and project scope.
- Maintain daily bidding targets and track performance.
- Manage outreach on other platforms when needed (Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc).
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
- Strong written English and proposal writing skills.
- Good understanding of web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content strategy.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Organized, consistent, and self-motivated.
